unwanted wants (or otherwise)

i want the following:
1.     a body scrub
2.     a foot therapy
3.     an underarm treatment
4.     a cameo pendant at oro y plata worth P17,000 but today is 40% off

but i simply cant have them because:
1.     i feel so guilty. 
2.     not the necessity.
3.     too vain.
4.     throw money just that-

reasons for having them:
1.     gift for myself. 
2.     i deserve a treat.
3.     i need these treatments and accessory for added self confidence.

what now?!? i still dont know.
